Training plans are ideal for individuals needing nutrition and workout guidance. Each month you'll receive new workouts for your gym or home, tailored to your goals and any injuries. Your nutrition plan will be adjusted for ongoing progress, all designed by owner, Trish Wood.

Online training: Diet only

$100 (one time payment)

Custom diet created based off of your goals, age, and activity level. Includes 3 month access to Iron Addiction Training app to track progress. Includes 1 macros adjustment. Additional adjustments can be ourchased for $25.
